Railways Launches RailOne App: Unified Ticketing, Live Tracking, Grievance Redressal & More

Indian Railways has unveiled RailOne, a next-generation mobile application developed by its public sector arm, the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). RailOne is designed to transform the passenger experience by bringing together all railway services in one seamless platform.

Available for download on both the Android Play Store and iOS App Store, RailOne aims to be a single-window solution for millions of passengers across India.

RailOne goes far beyond ticket booking. It offers:

1. Booking of reserved and unreserved train tickets across all classes.
2.  A 3% discount on unreserved and platform tickets booked through the app. 
3. Live train tracking to know the exact location, platform number, and delay status.
4.  Instant PNR status updates and access to your complete booking history in “My Bookings”.
5. A Coach Position Finder that helps you locate your coach easily at the station. 
6. E-catering to order fresh meals directly to your seat from IRCTC-approved vendors.
7. Integrated Rail Madad support for filing and tracking complaints. 
8. Option to book porters and last-mile taxis for seamless station-to-destination connectivity.
9. Multilingual support covering multiple Indian languages

Secure Payments via R-Wallet

RailOne enables passengers to pay for tickets and services using R-Wallet, Indian Railways’ official digital wallet, which allows secure transactions through biometrics or mPIN. This ensures faster payments and enhanced safety for travelers.

Single Sign-On Convenience

Passengers can log in using their existing IRCTC or UTS credentials, with options for single sign-on via mPIN or biometric authentication for a faster, hassle-free experience.
